I have some questions...

When someone places an order paying with paypal. Does the amount get charged straight away, or can I do that manually?

If someone have paid an order and wants to cancel. How do I send the payment back?

but i have the payment module on my oscommerce. So people pay when they check out, but I want to be able for that amount to be reserved on their account and then take the amount when the products are ready to ship.
